Is it normal to come without any sealing, but alrteady open and looks used?

No, as I recall there was a seal around the top kind of like you would find in nose drops or eye drops.

How long does this last in fridge?

I have heard animal rennet last about one year. Vegetable rennet last 3-6 months. I have animal rennet currently in the fridge that is 9 months old and made cheese with it two days ago.
