So much fun! This board is a great trainer. To be able to hook the handles so you can get up is a game changer. Once you’re up on your knees, you can keep the handles on the hook or take them off. It’s way more fun than tubing and you feel more in control.

This board is awesome! We use it behind our mastercraft XT22. Kids love it. They quickly learned to knee board then how to stand up. They now will take their feet out and stand in a surfing position. Super versatile. The ability to hold the rope with their hands versus leave on the board is nice. Wife has knee boarded on it as well. Seems durable. Highly recommend.

Awesome! Started to purchase a wake board for a lake vacation but decided on this since the kids and our group did not have experience. Could not be happier with the decision. All the kids ranging from 8-11 with zero experience learned quickly to stand up on this board. Being able to lock the rope in until you're comfortable made all the difference in the world. We all easily knee boarded and surfed on it. It built confidence and simple understanding with the kids making the switch to skis, surf boards, or wake boards later much easier for them. Buy the board!

I purchased two of these product based on written reviews that I read. The knee board itself is awesome. I realized that we were able to only use one and the manufacturer was more than willing to accept my return, even though it was past the return timeline. For that I was very appreciative as this was an expensive purchase. It’s very versatile and comfortable to use. We have used it at our lake multiple times and everyone loved it. However, two very large issues. 1. The handle Has already broken. I have reached out to the manufacturer for a replacement multiple times and have yet to receive a replacement product. I have sent multiple requests along with multiple pictures of the broken item and two months later still have received nothing. 2. After eight weeks, I have still yet to receive my refund. I have followed all of Amazons refund procedures. I have reached out to the manufacturer multiple times. As of this writing, I have yet to receive my refund. I have been going around and around with Amazon with no success and every time I reach out to the manufacturer regarding these two issues they keep asking me for pictures of the handle that is broken and never once have addressed the status of my refund. As I have stated, the product itself is a good concept and it’s easy to use. Just to be aware if you purchase this product I need some type of replacement it’s going to be a hassle and if you have to return it and want a refund that is even a bigger hassle. I have reached out to both Amazon and the manufacturer at least a dozen times and as I am writing this review, I have been on hold with Amazon for 34 minutes trying to figure out why I haven’t received my refund. For an item that cost a hair under $400, This is absolutely unacceptable.

Like that any age person can start learning how to board on this Zup board. It is a little heavy/bulky.

I grew up water skiing (heck that's all there was back in the day)... Tried once to get my8 oldest daughter up on Skis (she was 12) and it didn't go so hot and she wasn't interested in continuing trying and just wanted to go back to the innertube. Few years later (she's now 14 and my other daughter is 12) and I wanted to try again but she wasn't too thrilled about it. Stumbled across the Zup board on a Facebook group and did some reading and thought it may be the ticket to get them onto something new and it 100% did the job. First session out and my oldest was already riding it standing up and my younger was loving the knee position and hopping over the wake! Seriously this is a great product that can get people who may not think they can do water sports up and in on the action in no time! Seems very durable too! Thanks ZUP!
