Women Bohemian Neck Tie Vintage Printed Ethnic Style Summer Shift Dress

I had recently gained a lot of weight. I am now 165 lbs, 5'6. I take a size small to medium in tops and a large bottom. My bust is a 34dd. From reading the reviews I went up a couple sizes and ordered a size large at $19.85. This dress fit perfectly! The material is very soft, airy on your skin and well made. This was for a 70's party in the Caribbean so perfect for the hot weather. The dress is versatile but short so it depends on the occasion if you want to add tights or shorts underneath. There are some with similar patterns but #3 has the most vibrant colours which includes turquoise that I love. The photos you see are the exact colours. When washing I would put it in a garment bag so the tassels do not get ripped off. I got lots of compliments! You will love this dress too!

I bought this top for a magical event tomorrow (Saturday) with family. Though I'm a prime member, I paid extra for S/H because of the time frame and I happen to be out of town and have a small suitcase with limited clothing. The Boho Top arrived on time at 1:20 today, but when I open the bag, I could tell right away it was too small and of cheap quality. I decided to try it on anyway. To my continued discontentment, the top portion fits, but it wouldn't pass my hips, it was tight! I wear a M size, my waist is 28 1/2" and I'm 5'10" tall, & I thought according to measurements it would work, especially after reading all the reviews. I had chosen a size up (L) which was supposedly "helpful" with my unsuccessful decision. Well... What a huge disappointment! Also, it's not the best boho style. Very cheap looking and since I already own a few boho tops at home, this is by far the ugliest and cheapest top ever and doesn't come close to the photos presented here. It reminds me of Mrs Stanly from Three's Co's. She used to wore those horrible cheap boho dresses! Lol. Please don't be fooled by this seller as I have. The print on the fabric is cheap looking. I am forced to give one star, but it deserves zero for lacking everything a great boho top deserves. Foreign companies presenting their products in America should be more familiarized with our Standard American Sizing Chart and present higher - better quality to the Western civilization. This is all wrong and it's certainly not a first time purchasing online from a misleading advertisement/retailer. Shame on this seller!!!! Ps. This top was made in Turkey if it means anything to you. I have been to Turkey and have seen better clothing overall. Hope I helped. Don't risk it!

This dress is very cute, the pattern is nice and the colors are very vibrant. The fabric is a slightly better quality than I was expecting for the price. It is, however, not true to size at all. I am 5' 5" and thin, about 120lbs, and I purchased a size small, and it is HUGE on me, very tent-like, hangs off my shoulders, and touches my knees. I was expecting it to look more like it does on the model, where the length of the dress is at her fingertips, the length on me is 4-6" BELOW my fingertips. I imagine the model in the picture is about 6' and still wearing a small. Since it is partially cotton, I tried to shrink it in the wash, but to no luck. I will maybe still wear it, maybe as a beach coverup, but not as I had intended to wear it for a night out.

First let me comment on the fabric. It's definitely not cotton. I don't know really what it is, but it almost seems like a really stiff rayon. That being said, the color is absolutely stunning. I have large upper arms and carry my weight in the tummy area. I'm 205 lb 5'5". The XL fit fine in the arms, and tummy, but was too narrow in the hips. I'm going to exchange it for the next size up because it really is absolutely gorgeous. It's a shame that it's not an inch or two longer. Hopefully the next size up will fall a little further down on my leg. Even just an extra inch or two would make this more comfortable as a dress.

On a whim....I saw this dress and ordered it. I loved it so much, I ordered a second one. I am a “young” 59 year old and decided I should try a dress that I could wear at the beach, on cruises; etc....when it’s hot and I can just slip on a dress to look cute. The reviews I read indicated that it ran a little short and some reviewers wear it as a top. That certainly appealed to me since I am 5’4” and most dresses are too long. This one is the perfect length. It hits me about 2-3 inches above the knee and has a small slit on both sides. The fabric is a thin polyester but the colors are rich enough so that you cannot see through it. Another plus is the sleeves. It is important my upper arms are covered. I followed the others advice and ordered the large. I am glad I did. I may take it up a bit in the waist area but only because I would like it a bit more fitted. But overall - I love these dresses! I ordered this one, Pattern 18, and then ordered Pattern 2 for my second one. They are different enough as not to look anything alike. And well worth the price!

The colours in this tunic are amazing..but, fabric very synthetic and hot. In a dry climate this fabric would definitely cling without a good dose of fabric softener when washed. The fit was good except the arm holes were cut into the chest area too much making each arm movement tighten fabric across the chest even though there was plenty of fabric in front🤷‍♀️. The sleeves were huge, like parachutes. This design would have be awesome and much better In viscose or cotton mix. I would have loved to keep it but those above issues outweighed the beauty of the bright colours. It would have just ended up in the back of the wardrobe. Crazy that no one is making these tunics in better fabrics at a good price (other than the silly expensive branded ones)...I’d pay more for such a Tunic but I don’t want to have to take an extension on my mortgage to acquire one! There’s your missing market🙄

What a beautiful tunic! It's well made out of poly, so expect it will retain its size with washing, colors won't bleed, and there's no stretch. Stitching is solid. Colors differ slightly from the pictures; the red is more like a deep berry pink than I expected (Pattern 3). I also purchased Pattern 1, and again the orange seems more red and the green, seagreen. Neither of these color variations were enough to return the item; just know there may be variation. I'm 5'10"/1.78m and an athletic 150lb/68kg (no hips or belly to speak of), and I bought two of these, one in Small and one in Medium. Both fit comfortably and come to mid thigh. I can wear with shorts, leggings, or alone with equal comfort and modesty. For those in warmer climates, you might consider a loser fit as poly tends to retain odors. I have broad shoulders and was pleasantly surprised the small fits them (one of the colors I wanted kept selling out and was available at the time only in small, so I tried it after purchasing large and *swimming* in it). Great as a swimsuit cover-up, too. I feel so glamorous when I wear one of these!

I ordered 3 very similar tops from different? manufacturers: Urban CoCo, Women Bohemian Neck Tie Vintage Printed Ethnic Style Summer Shift Dress, Came as advertised, mostly polyester, this material is nicer, softer and thinner than others,,not as white on back. Advirtised as 98% Rayon, NOT SO, it says 65% cotton, 35% Poly. It does not feel cottony at all, feels like thick poly, back of material is white. very cheap feeling, and gross. Laite Hebe Women Bohemian Neck Tie Vintage Printed Ethnic Style Summer Shift Dress , advirtized as 96% Rayon, also came with tag 65% cotton, 35% Poly, feels the same as above. NOT AS ADVERTISED, AND GROSS. All of the above fit the same. I ordered a 1/2-1 size up and it was snug around the hips, not like on model, but was ok looking if you didn't move. . The arm holes were low on all, so if you lifted your arms (or moved at all) the whole thing would come up, so you would be constantly putting it down. THEY ARE ALL GOING BACK- I was looking for a swim cover up, and decided to buy some sarongs that seem pretty versatile, and I could find some that were really rayon.

So easy to use. Perfect for the beach.

The material and colours are fabulous. Material is silky but sturdy. However I ordered an x large (which I wear all the time). The article is made small. It fit over my hips but not my upper body. However I love the article and I will be ordering another one but a size larger than what I usually wear.
