Need to strengthen knees first
This is a good piece of equipment, but you don’t want to use it if your knees are not strong. Do the prescribed exercises WITHOUT the band, using light ankle weights until you can use this without knee pain. Pvolve is a great way to exercise if you don’t want to thrash around and sweat.

Great to use in tandem with the Pvolve gloved band. These are awesome and comfortable.

Great for pvolve!
Great resistance band - working great for my Pvolve streaming workouts - especially the new 21day Butt Lift. Burns so good! (Way more comfortable that traditional "booty bands" which always roll up and dig into my ankles/legs - I love this design!)

New P.volve fan!
Love it! Started 30 Day Evolution using a band I already had but I'm glad I bought this one. It stays in place and is very comfortable to wear. It definitely makes a difference, having that extra resistance. And I can't say enough good things about P.volve. In 3 weeks (the 2 week beginner program and the first week of the 30 day), I am seeing results. I have new definition in my abs and thighs, and my er...assets are definitely more lifted.
