I felt too much Angry and out of control after using it , after i make my research i found some extra dose vitamen not matched with my body , may be can be ok for others but for me this not suitable

What I really liked about LEGION Triumph is that the vitamins come from natural, well-sourced ingredients rather than the cheaper synthetic forms you see in many multivitamins. That was a big reason I chose it in the first place. The formula feels thoughtfully designed, and I appreciated knowing I was taking something made with quality in mind. I never had any stomach discomfort, and overall it felt like a premium daily vitamin that covered everything I needed. The only downside for me was the price. It’s definitely a higher-end product, and over time I decided to move to a more budget-friendly option. That said, if you value naturally sourced vitamins and a well-formulated men’s multi, this one is excellent and worth considering.

A great quality multi vitamin that I've used or many years

I am a fan of Mike Matthews and the products he comes out with. Unlike many supplements that just have a corporate name behind them, the Legion line is probably some of the best quality ingredients you can find in similar products. What I like about Legion is you can go on their website and see what ingredients and in the product and why they are in the product. It's not like many other supplements where you can't find any research to back up why it's in the product. I was excited by the ingredient list in the Triumph multivitamin. I knew when I started taking this I would be able to stop buying garlic and ZMA supplements. The price is a little more expensive than other multi vitamins but the ingredients don't even come close from the competition. This is truly the best supplement and athletic person can take. I wanted to wait over a week before writing this review to have a good idea what this product is capable of. The first couple of days I didn't feel much of an effect. I improved my diet and took grains out of my diet. Believe it or not grains can block a lot of nutrients from being absorbed in your body. Roughly three days after starting Triumph I began to have tremoundous energy. I work out hard in the morning before work and then spend about 12 hours on my butt in an office. It's hard to keep energy sitting all day. With Triumph I feel great and don't feel sluggish during the day. My spirits seem to be elevated and I don't have any soreness after my workouts. In this last week my workouts have improved dramatically. I haven't added any other supplements so I know it's Triumph working the magic. I have tried numerous supplements over the past year and have never noticed any dramatic differences. Taking Triumph everything has changed. I can say this multivitamin has been amazing and I will continue to push myself to new extremes. Tommorow will be a 20 mile hike. I don't want to stop and thankfully either does my body. Legion has found a customer for life. Thank you for bringing this amazing product out....

OK so I waited a while before I wrote this review because its a supplement and needs time for an honest look. So in all honestly I felt that the effects of these vitamins were felt within the first few days of taking them. I noticed an improved general mood, despite some bad sleeping the last few days I've not been left completely non-functional (which is my norm) and my training has been a good constant level since being on the vits. I will compare these to those I was taken before which for a 28 day course cost £24.99 and from a 'bespoke' online retailer (VITL). Those 'vitamins' did nothing for me in general, I didn't feel any better taking them or when I skipped a few doses, my training suffered as a result of the fact that I've been on a cut for the last 8 weeks (So I swapped out half way through to Triumph) and genrally my sleep wasn't as good, I didn't feel rested and my mood fluctuated a lot. I've taken vitamins for the last 14 years. Some good some bad some just didn't seem to do anything at all (though don't get me wrong I'm not looking for massive reactions from my vitamins). Triumph does deliver some kicks to your purse strings, by far these are the most expensive pot of vits I've ever bought however, you are getting what you pay for in these guys. A very decent uplift in mood and a good general improvement to weight training and cardio outputs. When compared to other vitamins on the market I would say some will deliver an equally impressive mood booster (I've taken some where your urine turns so luminous going at night was like a Pink Floyd laser light show) and you're bouncing off the walls with happiness, but you're also taking 12 pills a day the size of a suppository. Conclusion, would I recommend? Yes Would I buy again? Yes Do I wish they were a bit cheaper? Yes, of course but I understand why they are not and I would rather have the quality.

As a college athlete with a tight schedule and tighter money its often hard to eat all the food i know i should, so given that, multivitamins are a good way to cover whatever micronutrients im missing or not getting enough of. The problem you run into when you do research is that virtually every multivitamin out there right now (NOW Adam, Orange Triad, Source Naturals, Optimen) are either misdosed, in certain miconutrients, not in the most bio-available form, adding useless things or omitting important things (ex: Vitamin K). So your options are either: get a bunch of different products so you can cover those holes, or just deal with it and take whats available. This is why i think legion triumph is such a good multi. Nearly all the doseages are doses that have shown to be clinically effective in research. All the important vitamins and minerals that you may or may not be deficient in are present, and almost more importantly, theyre in the most bioavailable form they can be in, making the doseage meaningful. Theres no bulls*** or 'secret formula' the research is all out there and this product seems to be based in it. The addition of rhodiola rosea is an interesting one. Some people have very positive experiences with it in reducing stress and its purpose of being an adaptogen, others dont really even notice a difference. The one possible negative i would have is the 8 pill daily serving, its just a bit of a pain. However i think thats just what comes with the territory, any multi that claims it has everything you need in a 1-a-day pill is lying, thats just not possible, so i wont take any stars away for that. There also a few minor things that i would tweak (will list those in a edit later) Overall this is the best multi ive ever seen on the market, if you're looking for a good multi to cover all your bases fully, this is it. I would recommend this for ANYONE with no reservations
