Has anyone used notebook paper for diamond painting?

I wouldn't, I think it would adhere to the Adhesive and not release cleanly.

Can this be used to rest your hand on so you don't get adhesive on you ?

These are great, they are reusable and I remove the cover from my diamond paintings and replace with these. It puts the painting into workable squares. I use them all the time to rest my hand on.
