Wanted a 7" fan for my transmission cooler. Initial testing: it does seem to push a decent amount of air, Its not Spal fan, thats for sure. Will update once I get it installed.

since almost a month i installed it in my jeep for ac condenser extra cooling and its doing amazing job

The unit work perfect for my application. I discarded the zip ties, and just fabricated a bracket out of some sheet metal. It manages to keep my engine cool in the summer time, with regards to the longevity, only time will tell.

Used to vent my shed with a solar panel. Last one ran when ever the sun shines for 3 years. Have a potentiometer install so it doesn't run too fast and destroy itself

Awesome Fan. Actual current draw much less than the 80W would suggest. 30W is more accurate for a steady-state power draw. 80W is probably the inrush on startup. This fan works well at various voltages and different speeds. It's whisper quiet at 3V and loud and powerful at 14.4V. I'm using it for an HVAC system in my boat so I'm adding a speed controller. The fan blade can be taken off and reversed for more efficient blowing on way or the other. The fan can be operated in reverse by flipping polarity.
