I have dealt with flat feet all my life. In my younger years I even wore orthotic insoles, but after they wore out I never replaced them. I didn't realize how badly that was affecting me. About 6 months ago I started playing pickleball fairly regularly. I noticed my feet were in agony after my 3-hour sessions but chalked it up to the amount of movement I had on the court. I put a lot of strain on my feet just from hitting the ground constantly and moving from side to side. So after every session, the ball of my foot as well as the talus were killing me. I went as far as buying arthritis cream to alleviate the pain, which only gave me partial relief. All this changed when I got the PCSole inserts. I played another 3 hours yesterday and this morning I woke up without pain in my feet. I couldn't believe how great they felt. I guess it's safe to say they work for me. I actually had doubts because they felt quite stiff coming out of the box and I was wondering how much they would flex. But they easily fit into my pickleball shoes, and while I can feel their presence while walking due to the rigidity, they are still very comfortable and definitely give me the arch support I have been needing. Needless to say, I will buy a few more so I can leave them in the shoes I wear the most.

Der Grund war bestimmt unter anderem einfach ausgelatschte Arbeitsschuhe. Die Einlagen haben schon nach dem ersten Tag spürbare Besserung gebracht und nach ein Paar Tagen waren die Schmerzen so gut wie weg. Sicherlich keine Dauerlösung aber auf jeden Fall schnelle und günstige Hilfe.

I'd give them a 10 if I could. I have tried about 10 different insoles and heel supports for my 10y/o son who is extremely active (cross country and competitive soccer). He always complains of heek spurs and plantar fasciitis pain after big events. Soccer cleats are hard and flat. And kids runners often lack the support for high arches like he has. And if they support the arch, they are so thick they don't fit in his shoes properly and are uncomfortable. These insoles are amazing. Perfect for the high arch support he needs and deep heel cup (for. Support) and then super thin at the ties and ball of foot to not take away sizing from the shoes. First day wearing them and he said all of his foot pain was gone! On the Second day he asked for a second pair for his other shoes. I have a pair for his every day shoes now and his cleats! I am super excited to see how they hold up long terms but they feel and look very well made. These will work perfectly until his feet stop growing and can get custom orthotics.
