Cheap alternative to expensive boots.
Bought these to go over some aging motorcycle boots i have. The price is less than a tenth of what a new pair of boots cost. These did great. Rode three days in the rain as well as crossed multiple creeks and they did well.

Boot covers are garbage
I just received these in the mail. I had them for about 20 minutes. I tried to put them on over my tennis shoes and my boots they did not fit over either one. Their sizes are massively incorrect as I was pulling my foot out. It also ripped so that tells me it’s not made from good material either. Extraordinarily unsatisfied. The functionality is terrible zero protection level. Do not buy this product.

Loose at the top.
I guess you get what you pay for. These were inexpensive, and I appreciate that. They are completely water proof, but they slide down my leg and I cannot get them to stay up.

Great Waterproof Protection
I carry these with me in my bag on my motorcycle for when it rains… I had to ride home for five minutes in a torrential rain storm, and I put them on to cover my shoes, and not even a drop got through. The material seems really solid and I’m confident that these would be Waterproof even on an hour long journey or more in heavy rain. In my opinion, this is an awesome product for the price. — Side note, I wear size 10 shoes and they fit nicely with just a little bit of extra space, but not too much to get in the way.
