Really Helped My Bloated Tummy!
My order was delivered 7/2 and here it is 4 days later and my tummy is noticably flatter (meaning less bloated) - AND my husband noticed it too, last night!! I am still using the restroom every other day, but I'm sure it's too early to see if it helps with constipation. YAy - I really needed a "win" while trying to get back in shape and this helped! Will advise if things change...

Doctor recommended. The capsule isn't over large. I haven't gotten bitter taste or reflux from the capsule. Once a day. If you use antibiotics important bacteria in the bowel are killed. This causes bad smelling BM'S. Culturelle Can correct the problem.

Damage packaging
I have been purchasing the same probiotics from the same seller. Happy with the product itself. However, this time, the packaging arrived damaged, and some of the sealed caps were cracked open and unsafe to consume.
