Best hand soap ever. Am so glad it is available. It cleans well, non-drying, leaves the skin soft. Absolutely no skin irritation and no perfume. I will continue to purchase this soap as long as it is available.

This is so much better than buying all those other brands. It's hospital grade, last so much longer than the other guy, it doesn't leave a tacky feel on your hands, nor does it have a pungent smell. It is so worth the money.

Smells clean, and is well worth the money. Seen this in my dr office. Figured it must be good.

Washes off my liquid foundation in one wash, often takes me two washes with other hand soaps. Leaves hands with a non greasy lotion layer. It does have a residual medicinal smell. Keep in mind it's a antimicrobial soap, not just antibacterial supermarket soap. This is used in hospital and clinics. If a medicinal after scent doesn't bother you, than this is a superior hand soap. Would be an excellent in a daycare setting!

This has been our standard hand soap for 2 years. I keep a mason jar with pump top by the sink in our kitchen and bathrooms. I especially feel better washing with this soap before and after handling food prep. It doesn’t irritate my hands no matter how much I use it. Fragrance is negligible and I am sensitive to smells so if I can use it I expect most people can. I first noticed this in my doctors office bathroom and ordered some. Still happy with it.

I'm only knocking one star off this review because, in general, it was fine. I can see it working for most people, but it just didn't work for me. Pros: - It lathers! This handsoap lathers like no other I've used in recent years. It made me want to wash my hands longer. - That clean feeling. Now, this could be somewhat of a con, but I like my hands feeling clean, and this does just that. Where it could stray into con territory is that the clean feeling could be due to stripping oils from my hands (more on that below). - It wasn't overly runny or gelatinous as far as consistency. It struck the right balance of thickness. - I ordered the small size with the pump and had no issues with shipping. The pump was secured with a tough grip tape. I would add, as another Pro, that I got a good amount of soap. It was full to the top and more soap than I've gotten from other liquid hand soaps. Cons: - Slightly drying. That clean feeling was likely due to it stripping the oils from my skin and not providing enough moisturizer to compensate. That being said, if you don't have a problem with dry skin. This shouldn't be much of a problem for you. I have dry skin, especially in the winter, so while it hasn't been too problematic over the past week, I wouldn't be able to use this year-round. It is *not* a suitable replacement for the O'Keeffe's Working Hands Hand Soap, if you're looking for one. - The scent. I didn't know what to expect with this scent. To be honest, I thought I ordered an unscented hand soap, but that was my mistake. The "Herbal Scent" isn't terrible, it's medicinal, as in, I'm certain I've used this or similar liquid hand soap in medical clinics or hospitals (which isn't surprising if you're familiar with the company). That being said, while I don't mind it taking me back to a hospital setting, it became distracting and not in a positive way. I hoped it'd grow on me, but it didn't. Personal preference, so take that into account. - I might be allergic to it. This one is purely personal, so no stars off for this one (or the scent). After using it for about a week, my hands have broken out with pompholyx (Dyshidrotic eczema), which I've noticed happens from time to time with hand soaps (liquid, foaming, etc.). I don't know what exactly causes it, despite having allergy tests done, but usually, after switching out the hand soap, it goes away. If you experience something similar, you might want to look elsewhere.

Good quality, lots of lotion for the price and added softness

I’ve had several skin cancer surgeries, and just prior to a major one I had on my forehead. The surgeon told me that I should wash the area with antimicrobial soap before coming in. I have to say, it makes me feel so clean! It isn’t like regular soap or a body wash because I feel as though there’s no residue left behind and I love that! I use this in the shower sometimes and I only wish there was a body wash with this version. It’s so lovely to feel super Duper clean! I also have a low immune system so I feel this definitely helps! It’s gentle enough to use on your private parts by the way.
