I originally bought these for workouts, but they've also been incredibly helpful when I've had diarrhea and needed to replace fluids and electrolytes. They dissolve quickly, taste good, and make it much easier to stay hydrated than drinking plain water alone. I always keep a tube at home because they're convenient and easy to use whenever I need a quick electrolyte boost. For me, they've been a great product, and I'll definitely keep buying them. Highly recommended!

Las pastillas vienen todas carcomidas de las orillas, el sabor es bastante desagradable apenas estaba abriendo mi 2do bote y cero ganas de abrir los demás saben horrible, la calidad no es la que se acostumbra en este tipo de productos

It is the second batch of tablets we have purchased which have been crystallised. I believe they have been discontinued on IHerb. We are disappointed in this product and Amazon should remove them from sale.

Used this for two 4 hour+ Spartan races in the summer heat and it seemed to help.

Noté una gran diferencia al entrenar ciclismo. hIDRATAN Y DAN ENERGÍA. Antes de tomarlas me acalambraba de las piernas. Esto desapareció a empezar al incluirlas en el agua. El sabor es bastante agradable . Las tomo cada vez que tengo un entrenamiento largo.
