Flavors Ranked
I had a lot of confusion and indecision while choosing my Liquid IV flavors. I'll leave the other aspects of this drink to other reviewers, I'll just briefly state that I love how portable, easy to use, soluble, and electrolytish Liquid IV is. But as for the flavors, here is my rundown, in case anyone finds it helpful. This is of course going to be subjective, but I would have really appreciated more information from reviewers about the differences between the flavors when I was selecting my purchases! Pear and Passion Fruit are incredible. Pear is a personal favorite flavor of mine (Juicy Pear is my favorite Jelly Belly flavor). If you like pears and pear-flavored things, this will not disappoint. Passion Fruit was a surprise for me. I wasn't even sure I liked passion fruit. But it is absolutely delicious, mild, and sweet. It also tends to fare well on internet blog flavor rankings. S tier. Mango is also excellent, it just doesn't have that *je ne sais quoi* that Pear and Passion Fruit possess. It also seems to be a favorite online. A tier. The Tangerine is very, very nice. It tastes more like a fresh cutie from the produce section than an orange-flavored thing, which is awesome. I will say it's not as strong as I would have liked it, so I mix this one with less water than the others. That fixes the issue for me. B tier. Also in B tier is the Seaberry (which I'm not sure is for sale on this listing, but can be found through the manufacture's website) and the Tropical Punch. I used to absolutely love Seaberry and Tropical Punch, but since tasting the Passion Fruit and Mango, I don't so much go for them anymore. The Yuzu Pineapple is better than anything listed hereafter, but it was disappointing for me. I tend to love that flavor profile, so I was surprised. Same with the Golden Cherry. These are C tier. The Arctic Raspberry is drinkable, I guess. I've heard many people describe it like a blue raspberry flavor. I am usually a blue raspberry fan, but I'm not here for this. The Acai Berry is also drinkable but not great (or even, in my opinion, good). D tier. Folks tend to love the Firecracker Popsicle flavor, but I found it lacking to gross, depending upon the amount of water I used. I also didn't love the Lemon Lime or Watermelon, despite these being some of my favorite flavors for other products. F tier. Concord Grape is downright awful. I usually really like grape flavor (like in soda and candy), but something seems deeply wrong with this one. Z tier. I have not tried the Cotton Candy, Guava, Strawberry, Strawberry Lemonade, Grapefruit, or Blackberry Peach and therefore will not be commenting on them. Overall, I very highly recommend the Pear, Passion Fruit, and Mango. I recommend Seaberry, Tropical Punch, and Tangerine (but I suggest you mix Tangerine with less water). It's worth trying the Yuzu Pineapple and Golden Cherry. You might love them. If you are really excited about them, it could be worth a shot to try the Arctic Raspberry and the Acai Berry. Try the others at your own risk, and avoid the Concord Grape. You're welcome.

Hydration That Works, Best Flavor Yet
Liquid I.V. has become a must-have for my family during hot, physically demanding days—especially when working outside in the sweltering heat. It really helps with staying hydrated and avoiding that drained, dehydrated feeling. Watermelon is by far my favorite flavor—refreshing and not too sweet. Compared to other drink mixes, it definitely has a saltier taste, which makes sense considering the added electrolytes. It might be a bit of an adjustment if you're used to sweeter sports drinks, but it's well worth it for the effectiveness. Overall, it does exactly what it's meant to do—keeps you hydrated and energized when you need it most. I find it dissolves the best out of electrolyte mixes, never leaving any salty residue left in the bottles. Keep them in the car or side-by-side for a quick and easy pick me up.

Helps my soccer player stay hydrated
I’ve been using Liquid IV for a few months now, and it’s become a go-to hydration booster, especially when I’m feeling a little dehydrated or need an energy pick-me-up. Here’s my review: Taste & Flavor: One of the things that stood out to me immediately was the flavor. I tried the Lemon Lime and Acai Berry flavors, and both are refreshing without being overly sweet or artificial-tasting. They have a nice balance of flavor that makes it easy to drink, which is great for someone like me who struggles to drink enough water on a daily basis. The flavor isn’t too overpowering, and it mixes well with water, leaving no aftertaste. Hydration & Effectiveness: As for hydration, Liquid IV definitely does what it promises. The Hydration Multiplier contains a mix of electrolytes (like sodium, potassium, and magnesium) and is designed to deliver more water and nutrients into your bloodstream faster than water alone. I noticed an improvement in my energy levels and felt more hydrated throughout the day after using it. It’s especially helpful after a workout or when I’ve been out in the sun for too long. I’ve also used it when I’ve had a bit of a headache or when I’m feeling sluggish, and it really helps rehydrate and get me back to feeling normal. It’s great for those days when I don’t have time to sit down and drink a lot of water but still need a solid hydration boost. Convenience: The individual packets are super convenient—just tear open, mix with water, and you’re good to go. They’re easy to toss into a bag, gym kit, or travel bag, which makes them perfect for on-the-go hydration. I find that it’s especially useful when I’m traveling, as plane air and lack of sleep can leave me feeling dehydrated, and Liquid IV quickly takes care of that. Nutritional Benefits: Aside from just hydration, Liquid IV also contains some vitamins like Vitamin C, B3, B5, B6, and B12, which give it an extra boost of nutrients. I’ve noticed a slight increase in my energy levels, though it’s not as drastic as a caffeine fix, but it’s a subtle and steady pick-me-up that helps me feel more alert without any crash afterward. Sugar Content: One thing to note is that Liquid IV contains about 11 grams of sugar per serving, which is a bit higher than some other hydration drinks or powders on the market. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but if you’re sensitive to sugar or looking for a sugar-free option, this may not be ideal. Drawbacks: The price is another factor to consider—Liquid IV is more expensive than regular sports drinks or electrolyte powders. While it’s effective and convenient, the cost could add up if you’re using it daily, so I tend to reserve it for days when I need that extra hydration boost or when I’m traveling. Final Thoughts: Overall, I’m really impressed with Liquid IV. It’s a great way to rehydrate quickly and efficiently, especially if you’re on the go or need to recover after exercise. The flavors are enjoyable, and the added electrolytes and vitamins provide an extra health benefit. While it’s a bit pricier and contains some sugar, the convenience and effectiveness make it worth the investment, especially for those who need hydration support in their daily routine. If you struggle to stay hydrated, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try!

Tastes Great and Works Fast — My Go-To Hydration Boost!
The Watermelon Liquid I.V. flavor is one of my favorites. It mixes easily, tastes refreshing, and isn’t overly sweet like some other electrolyte powders. I notice a big difference in how hydrated I feel, especially after workouts or on days when I just didn’t drink enough water. It definitely works quickly — within about 15–20 minutes I feel more energized and less sluggish. It’s also great for travel, long days outside, or whenever you need an extra boost. If you like watermelon flavor and want something that actually helps with hydration, this is a winner. Highly recommend keeping a box on hand!

Excellent but the taste….
This is an amazing source of daily hydration and energy! I’m no expert on health but I can tell you based on experience after using this for a week I feel more hydrated than ever, less fatigue, less heat exhaustion and most of all more motivated. Miracle mix? I don’t know about that but I can tell you it’s making an impact on my health. The flavor? Well I’d say it doesn’t favor watermelon maybe a watermelon that has been sitting on the counter a couple hours coated in sugar. The best way I can explain it is it doesn’t taste medicinal but it doesn’t have a pleasant taste either it comes off strong, sour, sweet and bitter all at once. If you could get past the flavor then you can definitely enjoy the benefits this mix has for you. Use of the product. It comes nicely sealed, and I love the ease of use there are individually packaged units that mixes with 16-32 ounces of water I use a 30 ounce tumbler. I should note if you use a tumbler like I do it’s best to have a way to shake this mix up because it can be grainy when you get to the end of your drink. Overall I would say this product has the potential to be life changing I just started taking AG1 so hopefully that combined with this I’ll feel like a new man! I’d definitely recommend you try it the taste is tolerable honestly it kind of reminded me of a fruity cocktail which makes my stomach turn but who knows you may like it.

Tastes Great and Works Fast
This hydration mix gives a quick boost in energy level and helps me feel refreshed whenever I am dehydrated. The vitamin content is solid and adds to the overall effectiveness. The powder dissolves easily in water with no clumps and the watermelon flavor is sweet and refreshing. There is no stomach discomfort and it feels light and easy to drink. The quality is consistently good and each packet mixes well for a smooth drink every time. Overall this is a great hydration option that works quickly and tastes good while giving a clean energy lift.

2nd best flavor
While strawberry is my favorite flavor this would have to be my 2nd one. I first discovered this brand at my local membership warehouse store but the flavors were limited. Living in Texas staying hydrated is a must if doing anything outside, and I’m not particularly fond of some of the more popular sport drinks on the market. I love that there are no colors added to the mix. I generally put room temperature water in shaker bottle and then add the packet, and it dissolves pretty quickly. Another plus is that they are in individual packs so no messy scoop and containers to deal with! You can easily grab these and put them in your gym bag, or in the truck without fear of it opening up on everything. I also use these on busy days when I know I’m really behind on my water consumption. I’ve also found articles talking about how electrolytes play a role in better sleep though I can’t confirm or deny that with the use of this product only because I haven’t tracked it. While they are more expensive than just plain water, I find the benefits are definitely worth it. I don’t use them on a daily basis but I do use them multiple times a week whether it’s because I know I’ll be working outside in the heat, a killer gym workout for the day, or if I’m just not drinking enough water, these are my go to. I highly recommend them so much so that my sister who trains and runs marathons now uses them.

Hydrating and tasteful
These are absolutely perfect to be rehydrating yourself. They taste good, not too sugary and work really well. I think they even help with cramps in your legs.

Good Quality, Horrible taste
The product was delivered perfectly, and it seems to be of good quality. I know a few people who use it and are satisfied. However, I found it of terrible taste. I couldn't even finish a 1,5 L bottle where I used 1 of the small packs. Maybe a sugar-free version would be better for my taste, I don't know. I thought it would taste like tea, but it's just this artificial flavor that does not go down my throat. I think a good marketing strategy would be to make 1 package with all the different flavors available - this way, I would try another flavor. But to spend 50€ on something that I'm not sure I'll be able to drink or not, it's just too much.
