I have been a slow drip cold brew coffee drinker for years now - the caffeine hit is tremendous and the lack of bitterness is great for early starts.. i have used two dripsters for the last four years - however the filter on one of them was beginning to block so i felt it time to buy another - unfortunately can't get them in the UK anymore, so started to looked elsewhere. This soulhand set up is much more attractive, but not quite as easy to use as the dripster (to change drip rate you need to lift the water vessel off the filter, but tbh not a real big issue just not as convenient). However, the one downside of this kit is that the filter is not fine enough to prevent some of the coffee fines getting in to the brew - and my first batch was too gritty for me - i know i could probably increase the coarseness of my coffee, but instead i bought this... https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B08T5LKCJ6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and this has taken all the fines out and now i have a great looking brewer, that gives me a good tasting and kicking brew and a filter that makes it lovely to drink. I am very happy with it. So, i recommend this highly - just note you may wish to increase the coarseness of your coffee or buy a min 800 gauge filter to follow.

I had previously purchased a Hario Mizudashi cold brew coffee pot that works like a teapot in that the coffee is steeped in the water. While the coffee tasted fine, I found the mesh insert difficult to clean. This dripper is so easy to use and to clean! I do find that I prefer using a paper coffee filter (which I cut out from a pack of regular Mr. Coffee style fiters). One thing I noticed immediately is that there is no ground coffee residue with this dripper like there was with the Hario. Others have commented that the glass portions are very fragile. So far, I haven't had any issues. I just handle the pieces carefully when washing them (actually, I just rinse them - no dish soap!). If you want excellent iced coffee, this dripper is well-priced, relatively compact and super easy to use!

Je suis tellement content de cet achat ! Un goût parfait, plein de saveurs et zéro acidité ni amertume. Je suis fan. En plus la machine est ultra simple et belle. Il faut préparer le café la veille mais personnellement c’est encore mieux je trouve. Ça augmente encore le plaisir de le voir couler goûte à goûte. Et le matin il est déjà prêt dans le frigo donc aucune excuse si on est pressé. Cet article est contre la sur-consommation car aucune panne possible. Il est pour la résilience, pour la simplicité, pour la bonne santé (pas d’acidité).

It's easy to use and setup, but maybe issue is that you can adjust the drip to be perfect but halfway through you need to adjust again because there is less water pressure (less water in the resurve)

Easy to follow instructions, coffee comes out amazing!! Make sure instructions are followed, slow dripping and leaving at least 1 day resting in the fridge will bring out awesome flavours.
