I liked that it was easy to assemble. I did not like trying to keep liquid in place, just so it gets on my teeth. I may try refrigerating the syringes to see if it gels.

I bought it for the second time, because I had a good experience at the first time. This time, I would risk to say the gel was expired. It was very liquid, it was impossible to apply on the tray and I also didn’t see any difference after using it. Not buying again unfortunately.

I THINK this works well; I'm familiar with carbamide peroxide, and I'm seeing a bit more effect than I have in non-LED kits. The device itself is cute and stylish and fits the mouth well.However there's one serious problem with the kit. There are no instructions, other than the directions to remove the insulating plastic between the battery, and put 1/2 cc of the carbamide into the top and bottom of the mouth tray. The mouth tray and the LED disk are separate items and need to be fitted together—ideally BEFORE you load the whitening goo. This takes a minute of trial-and-error, though you don't have to take them apart again, Deo gratias.There is no guidance on how to measure 0.5 cc of the goo; I know I've been using far too much. To inject the goo into the tray you need to a) remove the cap from the syringe, b) replace it with a screw-in delivery tube, c) remove the cap from that tube, d) lay in the goo, e) reverse the assembly. This is not entirely intuitive first time around, and some simple schematics would have helped.And then, what do you do when the carbamide is gone? Do you order more hi-potency gel from Vakker, or just get whatever is at the drugstore? Should you continue this for two weeks? A month? Or should you give it a rest when the kit's supply of gel runs out?I'm hoping this oversight is mainly due to Vakker's corporate concentration on professional whitening equipment, and their obliviousness to the inexperience of us amateurs.
