What it does not do .... the handle doesn't stick, it isn't hard to squeeze the handle, the ring inside does not stop 3/4 of the way through the scoop, it doesn't rust when you put in in the dishwasher. GREAT scoop!

These are just right for the job, and seem sturdy. I used the Tablespoon to make 7 doz cookies...2 days in a row, springs seem to hold up, no bending or warping of the handles

Make Perfect Round Balls
Love it! I’ve used it a few times - making balls for cookies and rice balls. It does leave a little dough behind and makes a clicking sound, but it still works. It’s the perfect size. On the ball it leaves a crease, but easily rounded out with the palms.

Only buy Metal geared
All of them broke.. The scoop part was fine. The Gears are plastic so even with soft Carb Smart Ice Cream.. They Break. They may be good for soft meatballs? I will only get one with metal gears. If they change that they may have a winner. I liked the 3 sizes for cones.
