I hate logos. Does the back have a logo as well?

No. And you can place the logo where ever you want.

Can you wash the bags easily, if so how do I not ruin it?

Yes, the bags are fabric and the plastic part which holds the bags into the basket is easily removed because it attaches with Velcro. I’d probably just do it on a normal wash and hang to dry, although it may be fine to machine dry. I’m sure the label will say.
