Works perfectly well and it was a huge positive change in the household. One of the best purchase I had, so far. We have had it for a few weeks so too early to say if it lasts long. Quiet. Efficient - but one needs to know its limitations as the drying capacity is almost only half of the washing one. Within this limits perfectly drying clothes, no real issue. Looks nice too.

What a fabulous machine. My old Samsung developed a fault after 12 years so not bad at all. I would have bought another Samsung but for my recent purchase of a Samsung heat pump tumble dryer. It dries in summer, sort of. 1000tc cotton sheets never dry. In winter it’s painful. So this has dented my opinion of Samsung washing machines by association. I went for this washer/dryer to hopefully solve the sheet problem. Wow… did it? You bet. Samsung 6hours, still damp. Bosch 1.5 hr actually too dry so I had to water spray when I ironed them! The washer is brilliant and even the quick wash performs well for a 15 min. Cycle. Very happy with this and a 5year warranty sealed the deal for me. It’s crazy quiet too. I got it in grey to match my utility room and it looks good too and fitted into the tight space. The fitting service was a god send as it took the pain away from removing & fitting.

We changed our 13 years old LG washer dryer for a Bosch after the engineer recommended the brand. He said it’s better to buy separately the washing machine and the dryer, however we live a tiny place and drying the clothes or have separately dryer is impossible. I wish we changed earlier to Bosh! Amazing results on a dirty oily work clothes, super king size bed linen washed and dried in just 2hours! The machine looks very elegant, smaller than other washer dryers but still handle the 10kg load! The spin cycle is very short but super strong and extremely quiet! We called the washing machine engineer to install i wanted to make sure it’s set up properly. Definitely worth the money! Delivery was prompt too! Happy customer :)

Amazon is becoming horrible. Almost every item I have ordered for my shop has been faulty. The ceiling lights arrived broken twice. I ordered a washing machine, had a technician come to install it, and it turned out to be faulty. The heater is not working, there is no hot water, and now I have to get someone to remove it and arrange a refund again. I am absolutely unsatisfied with Amazon.

Quality feeling washing machine that is quite and cleans well. 5 year warranty is a plus. Bosch make good stuff in my experience.

It's a good machine as you would expect. It's big and annoyingly the amazon listing does not show the correct depth. It's depth from back to front of the door is 66cm not 59cm. For some reason they have design the door as a dome, not concaved like you would expect. It's actually deeper than the bigger 9/6 model. No idea why Bosch would do that. Mine's in a cupboard behind doors and I had to alter the doors to make it fit. If you fit in under a kitchen unit it will stick out quite a bit. If you want a smaller machine look at the AEG alternative or Bosch's 9/6 bigger brother with is slightly smaller depth. Another annoying thing is the Aqua­Secure tap valve is huge and according the the instructions must be pointing down or no more than 90° either side (Flat). Not great if like me your pipe's come up from the floor and are in a tight space. For all the above reasons I would NOT get this machine again. The normal stuff... It washes and dry's well, as it should for the money. Eco wash takes nearly 4 hours and the standard cotton wash isn't much quicker. It is very quiet and the My Time Dry is very handy. 60min Mixed Load setting will work for most. 4 stars in all. Amazon should correct the dimensions on the listing. Update: It's being replaced. It thumps at low spin speeds like it's out of balance. It's perfectly level and have checked it many times. I tried methodically loading the machine in different ways but the same thing keeps happening. Amazon are replacing it, so lets see if it's a one off or a common fault.

Looks great in white! Very easy to use, plenty of functions too, with the option to shorten the wash time. 10kg capacity for washing is great for the family loads, and 6kg drying capacity. Very quiet even on the highest spin. Choice of spin speed from zero up to 1400. Great if you don’t have space for a separate tumble dryer, and we don’t!!. First time I’ve had a machine with a light in the drum!! Best price including delivery and if you register your purchase with Bosch you get a 2 year warranty. I’ve had Bosch before and it’s always been a hardwearing machine, my last one was over 15 years old. Not the cheapest on the market but if it lasts 15 years it’s worth the extra £’s.

WOW. I absolutely love my new Bosch washer/dryer. Our old washer/dryer (not a Bosch) gave up the ghost slap bang in the coldest part of winter at just over 3 yrs old, We were advised it would cost more to fix than a new one! So I set about searching for my new machine (I get quite excited about buying white goods!) I knew I wanted a Bosch (all my other appliances are Bosch) and it had to be delivered FAST. Amazon we’re the only suppliers who had it in stock & could deliver within 2 days of ordering, so BOOM I ordered on the Monday & had my brand new sparkling machine on Wednesday morning. The first revelation came a couple of hours after it was fitted as to how flipping quiet it is, even on a mega spin. The second revelation was the moment that I unloaded that first load of washed & dried clothes, not only did they not smell anything like a damp dog anymore they smelt clean and fresh - really clean & really fresh and they were actually really really clean & our whites are much whiter & brighter - I kid you not! Turns out that old knackered - NOT BOSCH - washing machine hadn’t been cleaning our clothes properly for an age and also it had a small very smelly dog living in it - somewhere🐾🤢. So to cut a long story short I would 100% recommend this Bosch washer/dryer to everyone, 😍.
