Very satisfied.
These work great. My husband has had to use them over the last few years and he wears them with confidence, as he has never had any leakage. They are soft and comfortable-not binding or scratchy at all. They are made very well and the elastic is very pliable, and they are not hot and bulky like other kinds he has tried. He loves the fact that they are pull ups and has never had one fall apart. Before he began using these, he used a kind that each side had to be securely attached, but these are so much more convenient and fit much better. Best available choice.
I tried every brand I could find and this one worked the best. Most are too low waisted and creep down as you walk. This does the same to a degree but it is much better than the other brands I tried. It held fluid and it protected me against embarrassing diarrhea as well as I was recovering from surgery. I found it best to wear it under my regular jockey shorts so that when I had an accident I could discard the soiled and smelly disposable and still function normally. I also bought some clips and clipped the pair to my undershirt to prevent them from riding down as I went though my day's activities. I am very pleased with them. I bought the extra large. I weigh 310 and they fit fine. Now that I am almost fully recovered I still wear a pair when I have to make a long drive in case there is no rest room nearby when the almost uncontrollable urge hits. If an accident happens I can get to the next rest area and discard them without ruining my trousers. If you are thinner you might not need the higher waist but at my weight it wouldbe a great help. Being thrifty I don't want to discard the extra's from the other 3 brands, so I am using them up on long drives, but once they are gone, if I still have a need, I will go back to Tena.

TENA for Men Heavy Protection Underwear Size XL used for unexpected diarrhea
I'm 5'9" 300# wear a size 54x29 jean, 4XB size in Fr**t of the L**m underwear and carry much of my weight in my abdomen. I recently started taking IV antibiotics which cause unwanted and unexpected side effects (if you get what I mean). My wife got me some L-XL size Dep**ds and as the old saying goes "it was like putting 10# of crap in a 5# bag". After reading reviews for the TENA underwear I decided to try some. The XL size fits me fine and are as comfortable as this type of product can be. I'm not using these for bladder leakage but for unexpected diarrhea so I can't comment on how absorbent they are for urine but they have done a good job for me even though they are being used in an application for which they are not specifically designed. Given the amount of "stretch" left in these TENA XL size underwear I would be hesitant to recommend them to anyone who wears larger than a size 54-56 jean. If you weigh much over 300# and wear larger than a size 56 jean I would look at the XXL size in this product. I hope this helps you big guys like me decide what size is right for you.
