Metra 701731 Honda Civic LX Wiring Harness

I don't have prime but this arrived earlier than expected and product was as described. Actually I just bought it because the harness didnt have the Pink wire for the "hands free" steering wheel control connector so thanks to Metra I have to de-pin a connector and re-pin it back into the first one I purchased because they didn't feel it was a good idea for some reason... FYI you need the pink wire and a couple others for the 19 Civic Sport for the steering wheel controls. You can also splice into this wire but Metra highly recommends you do not. You are welcome.

This works great but not with a backup camera - if you need to keep this function you need the more expensive backup interface from the same company! Save yourself the headache!

This is a physical mate to the 2nd Gen Acura MDX amplifier connection, with the caveat that you will need to use a small screwdriver to rearrange the wires/pins to match the MDX pins. But once you do that you will have a connection for your factory preamp and you won't need to cut into the original harness.
