Absolutely. Apply sparingly, a little at a time so you don't over grease and can figure out how much it takes for your hair. Haven't tried as a hot oil treatment, just in hair and body as a leave in. I am African American.

After my showers & dry off, but while my skin is damp, apply this body gloss that gives you a beautiful shine & natural glow & feels so soft on your skin for hours. The Best! I've been using this long-lasting, skin softening, bruises and scrapes eliminator, good smelling, miracle in a bottle lotion for years!
