The five stars are given to the customer service and the shopping experience with Decoraport. I had to return the mirror because the size is a bit over. Unfortunately, the package was damaged during the transit and FedEx dumped the mirror!! They dumped the 800 dollars mirror without a single word of notice until I called in one month later yet did not get much help. The seller then helped deal with FedEx and ended up they lost the mirror and paid the refund to me. During the entire process of purchasing and returning, Decoraport had been very responsive and helpful.I gave five stars to the other mirror I ordered from Decoraport which is a smaller vertical LED lighted medicine cabinet mirror. It is beautiful and well made. It gives a nice storage and style to the bathroom without any other shelves or drawers. With the hidden light inside the cabinet, it is very pleasant to look at the inside items stored. I want to thank Decoraport for such neat product and thoughtful customer services. I definitely chose Decoraport again in the future if I ever need to buy a mirror. I absolutely will recommend it to friends and families. They have a huge collection for choosing. I can say they are high-quality products at least the two I ordered are. They are really nice to be installed in new modern Miami style condo. I believe it will be great for any style of spaces.

Purchased these for our bathroom remodel. After two months we are finally at a point to install these two mirrors. These mirrors were packaged nicely, easy to install and hook up. They look great and function nicely. The downside is the quality control. Both mirrors have black lines and spots around the front outer edge behind the glass that looks horrible. I would have rated them 5 stars but the blemishes are an eyesore. Buy with caution.Update: A few weeks after this review one of the two lights when out will not turn on. Red light button does not light and when pressed nothing happens. Would not purchase again.

Perfect mirror, love it, looks great!!!!!

We ordered two mirrors with led.They are a great product at a superb price. They are modern and well built.In addition Decoraport, the manufacture, was very helpful after the big one arrived broken due to lack of attention from UPS.Decoraport sent immediately a new one and they used a different carrier that delivered the product in perfect conditions.The installation was very easy.One of the most beautiful feature is the light switch built in the mirror. It is a great accent and wow factor.

The mirror looks nice in the master bath. Its like a frame that you hang on the wall.The screws and the plastic part that goes in the wall are bad quality. See 2nd pic, the head of the screw broke....didnt know it was even possible. And the plastic part that goes in the wall is not sturdy (screw kept turning). I ended up using my own parts to secure.Also the electrical cable has lose ends and i had to buy a plug separately ($2.70).I also connected the outlet to the recessed lights, so the mirror lights turn on whenever i turn the resessed on and i dont have to walk to the mirror to turn it on.The light is more of an accent light, not for real light.

We really like our mirror! I love the fact that you can blue tooth the speaker to phone/tablet as I can listen to music or a book. I do wish it would sync with Alexa but really most of what I want to hear can be accessed on my phone. Figuring exactly how to wire was a little tricky but not impossible. The lighting is great for makeup and at night the “buttons” (flat touch screen icons) emit a soft blue light that is the perfect nightlight for the bathroom. We are really pleased!

We are Builders that purchased this mirror to use in the bathrooms for one of our high-end homes. It’s a beautiful mirror; however, none of the features worked. It did not turn on every time we flipped the light switch; it just flickered most of the time. The light feature triggers the other features to work. We contacted Amazon regarding our problems with the mirror. Amazon forwarded our information to the vendor. The vendor asked us to send a video depicting the problem; we did. However, we never heard anything from the vendor. In the meantime, we ordered a second mirror to replace the defective mirror because we were scheduled to close on this home. The features on the second mirror didn’t work either; so, we returned it. To date, we have not heard anything from the vendor regarding the first mirror. We took a $583.47 hit on the first mirror. This mirror cost too much for any of the features to not work. Even more, the vendor didn't honor the three(3) year free from defects in material and workmanship warranty. We give this vendor zero (0) stars for customer satisfaction. We will not be ordering from this vendor again.

I have this in the guest bath and get tons of compliments, but I would say it would be best in a personal master bath. It provides so much light that you can see everything on your face. Wasn't hard to install, but I also kept the original lights above it, so it's a little weird having both lights on at once. Again in a master bath, with a separate room light, you could use this just to light your sink area.
