Project Paint

I bought the Crayola washable Project Paint set in Classic for my 4yr old daughter who loves to paint. The paint set arrived in one day so we got right to crafting. The set included 6 2oz bottles in red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. The paints are vibrant, smooth and well mixed (no separation) right out of the package. Each bottle has a screw on cap that is easy to remove with a wide opening. The screw on lid allows for dipping of the paint brush directly into the paint container, so there is no need for a separate dish to pour paint into. We got some paint on the hardwood floors while we were projecting and it wiped up with a damp paper towel. These paints are great and I would recommend them to other crafters young and old.

Great quality at a very reasonable price! I've had experiences with other brands; however, Crayola sets a very high standard with their products and you cannot go wrong buying them. Color pigment is exceptional and there is no lack in quality due to being washable-- It is a great feature of this product. It is my assumption based on the great quality of packaging and cap seal that this paint can be stored without worry of it drying out or going bad, which is a big deal because many other types get crusty and dry out over a period of time. Each (6 in total) color bottle contains about 2 oz which surprisingly goes a long way! Other great features that led me to buy this particular product are that the paint is non-toxic and safe for children, good consistency (neither too thick or thin), and is the best value (in my opinion) compared to other similar products.

We gifted these paints for Easter so our daughter could use them outside with a large sheet of roll out paper on a picnic table. The paint is great. My little 2 year old even painted his body and it comes right off. It also comes out of clothing, which I saw others mentioned it didn’t or was difficult to get off. That couldn’t be further from the truth. The paint comes off little bodies and clothes very easily. A little soap and a rag and little to no scrubbing. The only regret is these are the small bottles. We went through them in about 4 uses with 3 little kids. So we will be purchasing the larger bottles.

Pro: Easy to wash off your hand. Got some paint on my marble table and was easy to wash it off with paper towel as you can see on the image. Con: Had to pour it out (Sometimes you can pour a lot out by accident.) Overall, I recommend these paint. My 2 year old decided to put the paint all over his hand and made finger print all over the paper. It was easy to wash his hand. Although his fingernail got some extra paint inside his nail and I couldn’t clean it. So what I did was put him in the shower and let him play with toys while showering, the paint came off completely which was great. While painting, I did put on an art smock so it didn’t dirty his daily clothes. I did use a a wet paper towel to get the paint off his art smock.

We love this paint for cleaning purposes. It literlly cleaned off multiple types of surfaces, thanks to the creativity of our 2.5 year old. With just water is wiped off skin, a wood table, plastic chair and a few plastic toys. However, even though it paints well, it is really difficult to get out of the containers without dumping far too much thus wasting a lot of paint. It needs a slight design overhaul. Either give it a little spout to pour it out from or into a squeeze bottle.

We love these at our house. My older kid is starting to paint a lot cleaner and use brushes and such, my youngest is still very much a finger painter. This paint has such a great consistency and keeps it’s perfect color unlike some kids paints that’s too watery to make good art. I also love that this paint is super washable. I never worry when they start painting themselves and get paint on their clothes. In the summer we just hose it off and in the cooler weather we just go straight to the bath and it comes right off. A fun winter activity..... if you don’t want to clean up a big painting mess, let them finger paint in the bath! It’s all contained and cleaning is a breeze!

So I used this paint to write a message my boyfriend's car for Valentine's Day and it came out great! I obviously needed to get something that would wash off easily cause knowing my boyfriend, he'll probably think it's cute for about 10 minutes and then get antsy about driving around a car with obnoxious writing on it. But he called me after and said he really appreciated the fact that the clean up was quick and easy. He thought he was going to have a rough time getting the paint off, so he was pleasantly surprised when all he had to do was use some water and a wash cloth to wipe it down. I was also really relieved when the paint that got on my shirt came off like nothing after I put it in the washing machine. Overall, I was very pleased with this product. Although the bottles were small, a little bit of the paint goes a long way! The consistency wasn't too thick so it didn't clump and it came out smoothly when I brushed it onto his car. You also can't beat the price! I'm planning on making my boyfriend a poster board next with this paint because I'm just extra when it comes to proclaiming my love for him hahah :P

Schöne Farben, schon mehrfach genutzt auch mit Baby. Lassen sich gut abwaschen und auch aus Kleidung wieder auswaschen. Auch ist in den Töpfchen recht viel Farbe und man kann sie lange verwenden.
