This is a nice sturdy bike rack. It is very easy to install on your vehicle and easy to load the bikes. The aluminum is definitely lighter and easier to lift.

Very glad I spent the money on this and did not opt for a cheaper product. This has been well worth the money. It took a bit to set up, but wasn't hard and there are videos that show you exactly how to do it. I am very, very happy with this.

The design is clever in several ways. LIGHTEST in this class (aluminum construction), so it is VERY stable (LOVE the ability to TIGHTEN the bike rack on the hitch and make it super stable). The WHITE looks great, and different than "all the other racks." The easy load for one or two bikes, and tilt-away-from-the-vehicle features are well designed, and it is just a high quality, great looking bike rack. Well worth the price. Nice touches, like hitch and bike lock have same key, ALL items needed for assembly are included, (and they are high quality, not cheapo tools), etc.

Not very heavy and super easy to attach bikes. Does everything they say it does. Had trouble when assembling but I did not read all the instructions at first. I usually install it on my Rav 4 and add 2 bikes while my wife fills our water bottles with ice and water. Super easy to remove bikes and remove the rack to put away. Love the wobble adjuster with lock on hitch, also has a cable to lock both bikes which works perfectly. I just leave the cable on the rack all the time and unlock it to use it when needed. My wife didn't like the price but now sees how easy it is for me and she thinks it was worth the price.

If you are looking for a high-quality bike rack that is both easy to assemble and use, this is it. Everything is of the highest quality. The packaging was excellent. The rack and packaging arrived in perfect condition. The assembly instructions were very easy to understand, and I assembled the rack in about twenty minutes with the included tools. The rack comes with a locking hitch pin as well as an integrated cable lock. Once installed on the vehicle it is rock solid. Absolutely no movement or wobble of any kind. Loading the bikes on the rack is super easy. The bikes are held very secure using the two latching mechanisms. The fit and finish is incredible. It looks as good on the vehicle as it works. I couldn't be happier with this purchase, and I highly recommend this two-bike rack.

Love this bike rack. Be careful during assembly when tightening the long bolts. I torqued them to the specified 15 ft-lbs using a torque wrench and it deformed the plastic end cap and aluminum cross member slightly. I recommend using a lower torque with lock tight on the threads. Other than this assembly issue, the rack works well. For as much as this rack costs, though, there should be no issues during assembly. Others have reported the same problem.

Rock-solid, rattle-free rack that feels like it was engineered by people who actually use bike racks. I run the KUAT Sherpa 2.0 on two electric bikes and it has been fantastic. Assembly was quick, just a few minutes, and it took another few minutes to get the hang of how the arms and trays work. After that, it is one of those setups where you stop thinking about it because it just works every time. The fold up feature is a big deal in real life. Being able to fold it up by simply tapping the foot pedal is incredibly convenient, especially when you are loading and unloading often or parking in a garage. It also gets compliments regularly, which sounds funny to say about a hitch rack, but it really does look clean and well designed. What impresses me most is how solid it feels on the road. Once it is tightened down, there is no rattle at all. The whole thing feels tight, stable, and thoughtfully built, not like a bunch of parts bolted together. It also locks easily, so it gives me peace of mind when I am stopped somewhere and do not want to worry about someone walking off with it. Overall, this is a very well thought out rack that is practical, compact, and clearly engineered to last. I love it and would buy it again.

Fantastic rack. Regularly do 300+ kilometer trips with two bikes on the back without issue. Did a 3700 kilometer round trip to the mountains with two bikes on and no issues the whole time. Love that the pin also has an alan key the size of the bolts that may need to be snugged up. Cable lock is great addition as well. Sellers were great to deal with and responsive. Would purchase the rack from the sellers again.

El rack es excelente, lo uso para dos bicicletas MTB. Es funcional, práctico y rápido de montar/desmontar en la camioneta. Si acaso me topé con que tiene un tornillo largo con rosca fina y debes ser muy cuidadoso de no dañarla, me tomó tiempo hacerlo. Ampliamente recomendable.

This carrier replaces a nearly 25-year old Thule rack that held four bikes (2 adults, 2 children). On the Thule rack the bikes swung a fair bit and we had to use pool noodles to cushion the bikes from hitting one another. With the family now grown, we only needed a carrier for two bikes and we couldn't be happier with this tray system. We have only had it on one "long-haul" trip and it was very stable. The cam tightening action to the hitch is rock solid. The arms and straps that hold the bikes do so very firmly. The foot release mechanism is very convenient. It is very easy to assemble, put on, take off and store. Extremely pleased so far.
