SO GREAT!
This was a lifesaver!! As I lmu room is next to the kitchen and I have multiple windows, I’ve experienced a fly problem :( This device was so simple to set up and it works really well. Some “concerns” - it works mainly at night or where there is no other light source. Otherwise, the flies aren’t attracted to it as much. The light is very bright and almost lights up my entire room at night, making it a bit hard to fall asleep. Small dilemma there. The sticky paper traps bugs big and small, even the enormous house flies that I was scared would escape. It’s also great that it faces the wall so that you don’t have to see all the bugs that have met their fate.Considering how easy it is to use, how small and simple it is, and that you can’t see the bugs - it’s a very worthwhile purchase.

Thank you for this product!
The media could not be loaded. We have tried just about every DIY fix for fruit flies and some of them kind of worked. They usually smelled bed and were an eyesore. When it came to house flies we just used the good old fly swatter. Nothing like a dead fly smashed against your window or counter.I saw this product and was immediately intrigued. It works great! So let’s jump into the pros because I haven’t found any cons.ProsSo easy to use.No cleaning necessary. Not to bright at night. More of a night light. It’s looks good. Not to big.Silent so you don’t hear bug zapping. When it’s full you just throw the replaceable sticky pad away and put in a new one.ConclusionIt works great! During some home improvements we got invaded by flies and they kept coming. We stuck one of these in our bathroom and they started disappearing. We bought are first in May of 2023 and our second in July. No problems so far!Happy bug catching!

Do what they're supposed to
These indoor DynaTraps catch lots of bugs in my house from mosquitos, to flies, to tiny gnats/drain flies and fruit flies. The key is to start early in the season before you are overwhelmed with flying things and also to leave it plugged in as much as possible.I have one plugged in at my sink counter where I seem to get a lot of drain flies (I think that's what they are). I will plug one in the bathroom too, I get them there as well, and I'm thinking about a third one. I have two right now.The downside is that the blue light is pretty bright so you can't plug it in somewhere that you sleep or just don't want the glow unless it doesn't bother you. But the light is what lures the flyers in so if you unplug it, it's not going to catch anything. One flaw in the design (IMO) is that the card easily falls off if I grab the plastic part to rotate it while it's plugged in and sometimes (most times) when unplugging it. Just doesn't stay put, but that just means putting the card back and being careful when moving the thing. The first night I plugged it in a found a mosquito with its feet stuck within an hour. I tapped him so that he was completely stuck! Haha! Just in case. It's also caught quite a few of those little flying bugs (drain flies?) and one housefly so far. Right now we don't have many things flying around so I think if we do, they'll be caught but having at least the other one I bought set up will help.We also have a big DynaTrap hanging outside. Just got it. It's full of moths at the moment. We've had so many moths this spring so I'm glad for that but I hope it's catching mosquitos too. Generally speaking, both products use light to lure things in and theoretically should help even if they don't catch everything. If you get fruit flies and drain flies I recommend getting at least one of these indoor plug-ins and start using it even before the flies start. I bought a set of replacement sticky cards from a third party for a much better price than the originals and I think they'll last us all summer, so worthwhile.

Catches more than you'd think
I did a lot of research and this seemed like the least invasive solution for indoor fly traps. I've found that if you have a fly problem, you really need to cut them off at the source, which is outside--for that I highly recommend the Victor Fly Magnet jars. The DynaTrap works great for picking off the stragglers that make it into the house. This does catch houseflies--which was my biggest concern. I was pleased to see other things make their way to the cards--fruit flies, months, etc.It blends in well during the day, but lights are too bright for a bedroom or attached bath. I ordered a few and put one in the laundry room. At night I leave the lights on in there while turning off others in sequence leading up to that room. Like magic the flies follow the lights into the laundry room where I shut the door and reach in to flip the switch. In the morning the cards are a bit fuller.Package says cards work for three weeks, and I've found that's about right. The refills aren't cheap, but I've ordered them a few times and think it's worth having something other than my swatter hunting flies.

SOMETHING THAT WORKS!!!!!!!1
I've had no see ums and flying, biting midges in my house for 1 1/2 yrs brought in via a house plant soil. Impossible to get rid of because of their breeding cycle & they breed off of human blood. I've fogged the house 5 times, bought every electronic gadget, every spray, every trap that they never go into - they are maddening & keep me awake many nights. I tried this out of desperation because I do believe I've tried everything else on the market. They only go into white spider box traps, but now believe me, this product works & was I surprised. I've just ordered half a dozen more for around the house plus extra sticky traps. I'll buy dozens if need be. Thank heavens! Seriously, give this a try before wasting so much money. Update: after just a couple of days the sticky pad replacements are covered with gnats. I had no idea there are so many in the whole house. I continue to buy even more of the Dynatraps. So good.

Ineffective against Asian lady beetles
It's getting a few small flies, but lady beetles ignore it.

A little too expensive
I like it but I wish it was faster. They populate faster than they are attracted to it.

Works but not good enough
Far too expensive for little return on bugs being caught
