Took two capsules daily with meals. Bloating and gas eased, stools felt more regular, and my stomach felt calmer after eating. No nausea and no weird aftertaste. Capsules are easy to swallow. Five stars.

I am on the 7th week of an 8 week protocol to heal my leaky gut and this product seems to be working. To give you an idea of the extremity of my situation, I have had this problem for over a year if not longer. Was tested and Have approximately 50 IGg food sensitivity “allergies” which are basically what I was eating a lot of including chicken (yes organic), cabbage, onion, garlic, blueberry, chia seeds, licorice, etc etc. this is a big symptom of leaky gut. I can tell my allergies have improved over last 7 weeks as my gut heals. I recommend this!

I'm glad this product helped other people, but for me it didn't help at all. It caused more pain, bloating and constipation. The item showed on my shipped order that it was eligible for return until March 1st, one month after I received the product. When I tried to return it, it said that the item was not eligible for return. Also, the description of the product said it's a one-month supply containing 90 capsules. On the bottle instructions, it said to take 3 capsules in and morning and 3 at lunch time. If you do the math, the bottle should contain 180 capsules. Is this false advertising or what? Very disappointed to waste my $43.00.
