Very good! I can walk better and not in any pain ,miss it when I dont use it. EASY TO TAKE Seems to be tasteless. Health is value for money. Bloating relief didnt notice any?

Really works!
My husband suffers with achy legs, swollen ankles, and issues with his toes. Since taking these, all issues have improved. He notices aches and pains if he doesn't take them for a day or two.
