Great little AC
Very easy to install. Light and compact for 1 person to handle. Says it cools up to 100 square feet, but it cooled a 350 square. ft. Room from 80° to 68° in 20 minutes on low.

Great price, does the job!
Haven't had any real problems with it. Works fine for my bedroom. I live in southeast Texas where it is very hot and humid so it challenges itself to stay running cold at times but that's understandable given the climate

Buyers beware
Received product at first it was blowing cold air then a few hours later it started blowing warm air it DOESN'T STAY COLD I tested it out for 2 days same result would be cold then go completely warm, I am now going through a run around to return the air conditioner I was told I wouldn’t be charged to ship it and now i am being told at the post office I have to pay 84$ to return it awaiting the company to reach out to me for a prepaid label this had mixed reviews and the cost wasn’t horrible so I thought I’d give it a try because of the price SO NOT WORTH IT I should’ve just paid the extra 20-30$ for a more known brand BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Very noisy
5000 BTU: Works well in a small home office. My complaint that it's incredibly noisy. It completely drowns out any music you're trying to listen to.

Be sure to measure window size
Works very well for a small room/area. Don't be like me and not measure your window width! It's not made to fit into a wider window, but you can make it work with some googling. I used pieces of Styrofoam on the sides to make it work.
