DNA MOTORING CBE-TSX Stainless Steel Cat Back Exhaust System [Compatible with 04-08 Acura TSX CL9 2.4L]

From a price standpoint on dual exhaust systems for a TSX, this system is very affordable. I had installed DC Sports headers along with a new catalytic converter and it sounds great. Very deep and mellow tone that's actually not obnoxious at higher RPM's. Slight drone with my setup around 2k~3k, but it's nowhere near unbearable. As for gains, it's most likely minimal without headers. But I will say that the engine revs up more freely and definitely has increased responsiveness-most likely from the headers. Well it sounds great, but what about the fitment? The saying "you get what you pay for" goes well with this exhaust in terms of fitment. It fits okay and with any exhaust, you will have to make adjustments at every flange and hanger throughout the system. The rear mufflers are slightly off and the midpipe is slightly crooked to the driver side of the car. But, the system still fits alright with a little jiggling. The tips are adjustable too, but you're better off going to an exhaust shop so the hangers can be heated and adjusted. Take into account that I have replaced the entire exhaust system with aftermarket parts, so fitment may not be as much of an issue for you. I would recommend getting better hardware as well. Overall, not a bad buy and for the price I'll give it a generous 5-stars. Just a couple of things to take into account when going for a lower budget system.

First impressions: All in all it’s a decent looking and sounding system. It’s on the louder side but I like the deep tone it gives off and DOES NOT sound “Ricey” unless the system isn’t warm. Things you may experience: 1 Originally I was experiencing cabin drone around 2.5-3k which was kind of a turn off for me. 2 The hangers are off slightly but NOT to a degree they won’t fit at all .(you should probably change out your mounts anyways) 3 The tips were also slightly misaligned but it wasn’t too hard of a fix. Consensus: That being said, I highly recommend professional installation and installing a vibrant ultra quiet resonator for the drone and upper rpm’s together it’s exactly the sound I was going for. P.s. You can also spend more money on a system with less work. I can’t tell you what to do .

Looks great, fits great 2005 acura tsx auto

Incredible quality for the money. Installed in about an hour and a half. Complete bolt on, easy installation. Sounds deep and mean! No cheap quality sound, no rattle. Similar exhaust systems go for several hundred dollars more, this has the same quality.

For the price you'd be hard pressed to beat it. Has a low rumble. Installation was easy enough. Not sure if it really improved the performance of the car. But, now I can hear my son a block away when he coming home.

Fits good, just some of the exhaust hooks are unable to hook on the rubber holders. The worst of all is that two bolts chipped on me so i had to use two of my oem ones. Other than that fits good just need to play around with it, and it sounds amazing! I'll keep the review updated throughout my experience with it in terms of any leaks or anything. Good price! Easy to install, just need at least two jacks for an easier installation. Just really pissed that the bolts chipped...

For a budget system for a 04-08 TSX, it is really nice. Videos don't do it justice as the bass tones don't make it into the recording. it has a lot more depth in real life. The only thing I don't like about the system is around 3-5k rpm, the exhaust tone matches the resonant frequency of just about everything in the cabin so it sounds much louder in the car. One could make the argument that that's more of a problem with the TSX not the system but I'm happy to say it doesn't drone on the highway. The main reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is because the right side muffler is hanging much lower than the left side. For someone that is planning on showing their car at meets and events, it is really annoying but simple bends in the brackets that hook on the hangar should do the trick. I definitely recommend this product cause it wasn't hard to install on a lift and it sounds really good.

Sounds really good, it has a nice rumble and even a backfire type of pop when u change the gears at the right rpm. Im very satisfied. Very loud though

just received it and installed under an hour! fits well on my 05 TSX. sounds amazing and for the price its a great buy! a little drone just under 3k rpm but other than that its incredible.

Sounds amazing with a DC header and factory cat ,the fit of the tailpipes is very bad ,I'll be ditching the tailpipes by cutting them out and welding something else. Overall great value Update 1 week later , its much louder now , drownes a bit , but not raspy ,/ rice like .still good already for the money

Extremely loud. 2500-3000rpm it was ear piercing. I had to install the original resonator to make tolerable.

Materials looks good quality but Just like another review, some hook doesn’t match the oem hole! I’ve try to pull/push the exhaust but the right side is longer than the left one! The sound is too noisy for me(maybe my ears is older now) i want to hear music in the car! It s more for the young folks/mod cars. So i wrap it back and return it! Not for me
