Is this product good to use in soap making?

Yes it is. This oil is made from the materials that are good for making soap. This is my opinion. I am using this oil for massage since like time and my daughter also is using and recommended to me. Besides, I have a caregiver who is a nurse and she advised me the answer to your question.

Can it be used as a oil burner with essential oils

Not 100 percent sure however, you cab cook with it so with monitoring should be ok
