The author and his team show a dedication and a love for Jerusalem that is truly biblical. Plus he has all this prophecy from the Bible woven through the book. If you love history you can't tear your eyes away from the changes that have taken place and the things that have remained exactly the same over the last few hundred years. Get this book it will Grace your coffee table and you will never regret it.

Absolutely wonderful. Recommended.
I visited Jerusalem in February 2020 and wish I had known about this book beforehand as it would have been an interesting guide to also visit some of the photo viewpoints. The commentary is very good and the photographs are truly wonderful. A real value and highly recommended.

Israel is the apple of God’s eye.
This is a beautifully illustrated book. Jerusalem is mentioned over 700 times in the Bible. The rebirth of Israel as a nation is a bright shining spotlight for the world to see, and evidence that the God of the Bible is the one true God. This book is proof of the promise God made to Israel long ago. A beautiful book that should be displayed on your coffee table or mantle so your friends can see and experience even indirectly what is really happening there.

Great gift idea!
Doug Hershey's Ancient Prophecy, Modern Lens series delivers again! Breathtaking photos and thought-provoking text. I've given this book alone and with Israel Rising as a gift set 3 times now since publication and always hear how much people enjoyed the gift. I'll be purchasing more for upcoming holidays.

Amazing
I was looking for a book that showed the differences of Jerusalem and Israel in general before 1947 and after. The book is amazing. The information is what I hoped for and I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in this.

Beautiful book
Not sure I will be able to visit Israel before the rapture . Bought this to have a feel of the country . And get a better understanding of the scriptures. At first glance it looks very good. Good quality but semi gloss. Not glossy. The text seems very interesting from what I have read so far.
