I do not remember the ingredients, but I remember. That it contained prunes, which adversely affected the poppy seed taste. The product comes from Poland, so it may have fewer unwelcome ingredients than U.s. Products.

Are these ground poppy seeds? Good for making moon strudel?

I Don’t know what is moon strudel but yes, this is ground poppy seeds mixed with sugar and some delicacies. I use this for traditional Polish strudel Makowiec or other goods with poppy seeds filling.
