And through each section, I can see your expertise, dedication and sincere love to share.For each individual, you can find tailored path for your fitness level by following the guideline in the book step by step. And there are also corresponding videos you can find in the web following the link in the book,I bought both the kindle version and the print version. They are very handy. And personally, I feel the print version is easier to use.Now I work out according to the schedule related to my level and feel so confident, just like I have a coach beside me.Highly recommend!

Patience! And You will Benefit.
I have spent a lot of time with the various short videos produced by the author and offered on YouTube before deciding to buy the book.Like some other comments, I agree that the book is quite wordy, and may 'look' simple. But if the reader remembers that the book has Osteoporosis patients in mind, many of whom probably never exercised extensively, then the wordiness becomes very reassuring. Even for people who have been exercising a lot, it may come as a surprise (as least to me) that some 'standard' postures are actually harmful!Someone mentioned his/her disappointment that there is no companion DVDs for each level of exercise suggested in the book. I guess the reason was explained by the author herself: 'each individual’s balance skills, cardiovascular interests and degree of flexibility can vary widely and I need to give them room to choose what works for them, while being safe'. So, no 'full' videos for each level is 'possible'.So my only advice is to be patient with reading AND practising what the book says, compare them with the author's videotaped movements where available, stay on course, then God-willing, our bones will be happier!
