These will not fit smaller legs. I wish they made Them in a smaller size!

They fit fine on a rectangular wooden leg about 1.25 by 1.75".

Is this product really as good as advertised?

They slide on chair legs easily but don't slide any better than felt dots (as mentioned in advertisement). They are quite visible; the plastic and red bottom. But dog hair doesn't cling to them like the felt dots. They serve the purpose.

Do these slide on stone tile floors?

Chairs do slide a lot better on tile, you don't get the jerky shudder from the legs.
