it was conformable，but it‘s not strong enough in my opinion。I got it at Jan 4th。now is Jan 21th。

I really, really loved this jump rope! It's simple and weighted, just like I wanted. After a few weeks of using it, the handle broke off... I'm not sure how to contact the supplier. It's so unfortunate but it was a great jump rope when it did work. Update 5/24/24 The seller contacted me and offered resolutions for the trouble I was having with this product. The seller was very timely with responses and made sure I was satisfied. A+ customer service! Will buy again in the future.

Good, but you need wire cutter to size it to your height. This took me some time before i could do, as I don’t own tools, or know ppl that own tools, this isn’t the 50’s were every woman is married to a man with a tool shead, now the only people with tools are the women and men that are tradies. So that was annoying

I'm 5'6.5 and these are the perfect jump ropes for me. Haven't needed to adjust them. The rope is great quality (not plastic) and will hurt your leg if you miss a jump (good motivation!). The handles are super sleek with silicone material for good grip. I dont think too much about them which means they're that comfortable. The coating of the ropes makes me think dirt might get stuck on it if jumping outside. Nothing like a wet towel to easily clean it. Highly recommend.

自粛中の運動不足を解消するため、購入しました。420ｇのも迷ったが、初心者なので、無理しない範囲でってことでこちらの260ｇにしました。 身長１６０ｃｍだけど、長さは２.8メートルの縄をちょっと長さを調整したら、快適に使えました。長さ調整も簡単で説明書なしでも全然できました。 ハンドルはいい感じの重さで、腕まで鍛えられる気もするが、何より縄のコーディング部分がとても丈夫で、耐久性が期待できると思いました。 ただ、回ってる縄が体に当ると痛いです。
