Actually pretty darn good
Used on 20 year indian sandstone patio. Parts look brand new but quite a lot of black spot will need a second coat. However it was a very dirty patio so was expecting this. Overall i am impressed.

It eliminated all the black spots, yet I suggest get washing the patio before use for optimal results. Highly recommended.

Well I'm gutted I never done b4 or after but it's defo better than bleach, even though it smells like it, black spots gone and path gleaming, it will protect from green moss in winter months, so easy to use, I sprayed it on, happy with it and we'll priced.

Meh, it's ok
It works as a general path cleaner and will remove green and brown Litchen. However, it only has a very minimal effect on black spot.

Does the job very well
Excellent product which “does exactly what it says on the tin”. Clear instructions on container, with very good results on a heavily covered patio. Needed another treatment on badly spotted area, but it worked a treat and covers a large area if applied with a pump-sprayer. Would certainly recommend it.

It works!
Leave on for a good few hours, agitate with a stiff brush, then jet wash. My patio was covered in black spot and now looks like new. Brilliant.

Does this work ?
I did what it said on the container , but it did not work. Maybe I used it incorrectly. Please can someone tell me how to use it effectively
