I am a friend of the feline, I have had cats my whole life and this just added to the crazy cat lady persona I'm trying for. It says your supposed to be able to put the lid on the feet but, I tried and it was scary. Don't recommend that, however I recommend it for being a great place to put your spoon when cooking to make clean up easier. Just really cute

It shows that it can be used as a lid holder. I'm more than a little concerned as to the stability one a lid is placed. A lid generally has a bit of weight to it, the cat does not.

This is a handsome little spoon rest with solid material. Only complaint is how small it is. You definitely can’t fit a spatula on it but you can get away with just about everything else. Oh well, worth the money. 9/10

Bought this one to avoid sauce and oil drips while cooking. As you can see on tbe pic, it could hold a small lid but not the big one. I still decided to keep it cos it’s ceramic and a place for my ladle when cooking.

Item looks exactly as pictured - very cute, but seems a tad on the small side. My only complaint is that the bottom of it is rough, not smooth. I can fix that with rubber pads on the bottom, though. So it doesn't scrape any surface I set it on. Would be nice if the maker would have thought of that instead of me. Hint, hint: that's a suggestion for how to improve your product!!
