Can it spray onto rust?

I sprayed my right over top the rust to make it look nicer but I knew the rust was still under there.

How can this can be 128 fl oz and the small can is only 15 fl oz?

6 cans equals 144 oz. The 128 oz. number appears to be an error. One large can is 24 ounces.

Can this be used to under coat a vehicle
