I have been using this for almost 10 years and I still swear by it. I use it on myself, my husband and my tween daughters. Easy to use, not painful and works great!

It worked great on my eyebrows and mustache, it took a while to get the wax to melt at the right consistency, but it's just a matter of knowing your microwave and learning how long it takes the first time you use this product. If it's too watery, just let it cool down till its creamy and it doesn't burn your skin. It did hurt a little, it is suppose to hurt so don't let those negative reviewers turn you off from buying, because it hurt them.... Follow the instructions and the pain goes away fast. I recommend this product.

OK, this was a difficult one to rate. This was my first experience with waxing and I expected that there might be some discomfort and/or pain. I also noted other users saying how messy it was to use, yep that it was however, it did indeed remove the unwanted hairs (above lip). On the other hand the pain was excruciating! I am hardly a wimp but this was so painful when removing it that my eye's watered something fierce from the pain. It looked like I was crying. It didn't leave any red marks and it removed 99% of all unwanted hairs. Only a few remained to be plucked. I would use this again if it wasn't for the pain. It does say to press on the skin afterwards to lessen the pain but that is only temporary relief. Four hours later, it was still painful but to the point I could ignore it easily. Too bad, I really like how well it works but don't know if I'll use it again due to the pain. Plucking is far less painful for me.

I have always used this wax for my facial hair. And results are amazing . Highly recommended

I have been using this product for almost 2 decades. It is easy to use and saves time and money from going to the salon. It pays for itself in 1-2 uses. This product is used in is 3-4 easy steps: heat and stir, apply, and remove. I put a paper towel under it in the microwave and on the counter in case it bubbles over or if the wax drips down the side of the container. I recommend it for any body area/application except eyebrow shaping. For shaping, I suggest a professional.
