Aulief is my favorite pain relief rub!
I have been using this product for years. It is aloe based instead of alcohol, and it doesn’t leave you feeling like your skin is on fire, like many other pain relief cream products do. It’s great on sore muscles, but my primary use is for my migraines. Find the tender areas on your scalp, temples, back of the neck where it meets the skull, etc., and rub a little bit in each of those angry areas. Feels so soothing. It has a mild menthol smell at first, but it mellows out to a pleasant mild herbal lavender scent after about 20-30 minutes. A little goes a long way, a jar lasts me a very long time.

Works great but the smell…
This works amazingly well for pain in the joints. It’s pricy but it helps with pain. The sent is very strong so you can’t wear it at work unless you don’t mind the odor. But overall, it works.
