This is best stuff out there. I've tried it all. After a car accident in my early 20s I went to a chiropractor for many years. She was amazing. She saved me and gave me back my strength and mobility. Taught me exercises and stretches to keep my back and neck in line in between visits. I utilize many of those still. Unfortunately I moved to another state and had to search for someone as good as she. Took a few different tries but I did. Then came the lockdowns and the rest. I can't really afford to go anymore so there are days when my body is so locked up that I cannot concentrate. I had several muscle creams/ointments laying around and do all the stretching, ice, warm etc but needed more for relief and function. I found a forgotten tube of this at the bottom of the drawer. It was the only one out of the 5 creams/ointments I had that actually helped!! I had forgotten how good this one was after being told to try this and that. Never again. I immediately bought a back up tube, the roller bottle and the strips. All winners. I'm wearing one of the strips on my shoulder right now. The tightness and headache that was lurking are gone after an hour. I cannot recommend this brand enough and will continue to keep this on hand. ✌💛

Almost instant heat. Soothes aches

Icy Hot it's a great cream for muscular pain, I use it a lot! Hel0s me to relax my muscles and nerve pain

I’ve been using ICY Hot for awhile for my arthritic and pain and it feels really good especially when you apple heat, The Icy Hot pads are good to, I use those also. I usually by the Icy Hot balm but I didn’t see any available, other than that this is my go to cream’

Works just as good as the namebrand

I’m giving it just four stars because the patches seemed to work more effectively. It’s menthol so it smells like menthol. The cream works if it’s all you’ve got or maybe the area you’re trying to treat isn’t conducive to a patch.

Wawww I love it because is very hot really good

A friend recommended this after I spent a lot of money in all kinds of other creams gels items to help sciatic pain this was great until it stopped working I liked it so much I bought my brother one for Christmas and I bought myself a spare Good thing I did because now this one has to go back but I would recommend out of all the products I've tried
