Large statement piece
My daughter just turned 4 and wanted a Frozen theme birthday. I got these balloons for decoration and for her to play with in the days afterward. At first I was intimidated. Most of the parts are already attached. Some you have to attach yourself. There are also weights to attach to the bottom. It did come with written instructions. However, once I blew up all the pieces it was intuitive to stick any parts together that needed it. My daughter loved it. Definitely this has a presence. The weights keep them to the floor. However, if you dont use helium the heads fall flat unless you prop it against something. I would absolutely recommend and also buy this again.
