I received my product and I’m very happy with it. One of the squares, the dark purple shade, had broken loose, but I believe that’s why they stopped making this shade because every one that I’ve ever bought had the same problem. I don’t use that shade so I am 100% pleased with my purchase, it was very well packed

The eye shadow came damaged. The contents were all over the other items in the box. I opted for a refund, did not want to take the chance of this happening again. I ordered another eye shadow from somebody else and that was in the same box and was not damaged at all.After going back and reading reviews, there were many comments about the item arriving damaged.

Beautiful colors. Stay all day.

Took 2 weeks for the item to come. When it arrived, the bubble wrap was dark and discolored. When I looked at the product, the eye shadow palette was empty. It was sealed, but empty.

Love the colors, look very pretty on and easy to apply

Beautiful colors, but they break apart so easily and make a huge mess. Just be very careful with them and they will be fine

I was looking forward to eyeshadow since I’ve used other products from L’Oreal and been happy with products ….until now. One complete palette was totally dust and unusable. I hope to get a replacement.
