This knife works fabulous on brisket, turkey & ham!! We use it all the time in our catering business! Highly recommend multipurpose knife! And it holds the charge for a long time!!

How does the bubba pro series lithium-ion electric fillet knife work on salmon for full filets?

I cleaned about 20 salmon this year with it, but those big fish with the big blade wear the battery down keep the other plugged it, but sure beat cleaning with a knife in previous years, was a lot faster
