Can I make cardio with the jumping rope? I need to lose some weight and I was advised to do some cardio and get a high-speed skipping rope.

Yes – rope jumping is one of the best cardio workouts you can make. The jumping rope comes with a carry bag and you can bring it and do your cardio wherever you want.

Are the 2 ropes the same weight

Hello, Yes, the 2 ropes are the same weight. You can change the weight of the rope by using or not using the internal weights that are built-in the handles. They are removable. The second rope is a spare one - if needed. THANK YOU

Can you cut the rope to make it shorter?

Hello, Yes if you need a shorter cable/rope - you can cut it easily. Sincerely, PRIMAFIT TEAM

Q: Good afternoon – what is the material of the handles. Тhey actually look like metal ones?

Hi, the handles of the jumping rope are aluminum alloy handles with detachable metal built-in weights. Regard, EMMA PRIMA FIT TEAM
