Oh my, what a find on Amazon. A luxurious gel mask fabricated with high quality components and loaded with a generous amount of gel beads that hold temperature long enough to be therapeutic as it gently lays on your face is wonderful. This high quality mask is a necessary component for my daily facial heat therapy that is so easy to configure in the microwave with 10 second increments for desired temperature and for cold therapy, 1 hour in the refrigerator or 30 minutes in the freezer. The satin inside makes this Mask extremely effective. I’m able to put the satin side on my face until the ice pack warms and then I can flip it over for direct contact for extended use. The beads don’t freeze so you’re able to confirm the mask to your face rather than it being a block of ice like other masks. Provides ~45 mins of coolness. I have a small head and can secure the Velcro well to keep it on. Very comfortable.

The mask is extremely comfortable with a soft Terry cloth inside that's gentle on the face. The beads inside become cold in the freezer in 20 to 45 minutes, but the mask could be colder. That being said, it's a fantastic product and well worth the price.

I purchased this to use after eyelid surgery. I had to do cold compresses then hot compresses. I needed something soft and this was perfect. Some of the little needs inside ruptured but it didn't effect how it worked. It did say it was a two-piece product, but it is not. One side is soft valour and the other side is pvc.

Pros: Extremely well made. No kidding. Wide elastic strap of a full inch. Strap is adjustable with a generous length of hook-n-loop fastener Cons: Mask size is XL to Huge. Strap size is M to Huge Unhygienic backing material This is seriously huge and for Home Spa feel-good purposes, or for those with chronic sinus pain or headaches. It's less than ideal for therapy of the eyes' oil and water glands and tear ducts. Bought this for my wife, 5'4", ladies' small hat size. The mask goes from ear canal to ear canal, covers her entire forehead and most of her cheeks. The hook-n-loop fastener won't make the strap short enough for her head size; I had to pinch some strap material in clips to shorten it. She refused it and went back to her bag of warm rice. Disappointed, I made a quick trip to our local pharmacy to get a proper, but way overpriced, therapeutic mask. The permanent cloth backing eliminates the need to use your own cloth between eye and warm plastic, It's unwashable (in the sense of getting it hygienically clean, but you can put soap and water on it if you like). It's therefore unhygienic to share with family members. I suggest the maker eliminate this backing and reduce their costs, thus reducing the price we pay. I don't need the eye therapy at the moment but I can put this to use for myself sometime in the future. I wear a men's hat size L 7 1/2 if that helps anyone gauge the fit. If I find myself headed to a UPS drop-off in the next 30 days and haven't used this, I'll return it. Otherwise it goes to the back of the med cabinet for my future use.

This would make a great gift or stocking stuffer. My eyes are always tired, sore and puffy. I didn’t want to take it off! I haven’t used it heated yet, but have a similar ice pack and it’s a great product. I would definitely recommend this and I would buy it again!
