This was to replace a solar-powered pump in the 900 gallon water tank in my greenhouse. It works as expected. The one small quibble I have is that the wires are such a small gauge that it is tricky to splice them to the solar panel output which was wired (by the installer, not me) with 14 Gauge braided lamp cord. The large mismatch in size made it interesting. While the wire size is adequate for the pump, DC has such pronounced loss that a larger gauge would help not just to splice with more common wire sizes, but also to reduce voltage and current loss in the last bit of the circuit. Still, it fired right up and began circulating the thermal mass to even out the water temp. I am pleased enough that I would purchase again *if* the pump lasts at least a year. Mine was a 750 gph pump.

This thing is a stud. I have it linked up with a milwaukee m12 battery to pump water out of a pad that I have ready to pour concrete and it rained.....a lot. I am glad I made the purchase. And regardless of where it is made, I love the 'merica colors. My favorite.
