Outstanding chair, terrible Amazon home service support
This is by far the best chair I have purchased. I am 5'4 and the seat depth on the shortest setting is perfect. The lower lumbar support is also at a good height at the highest setting, but if my torso was taller, the lumbar support would be too low, so I would caution a taller person in buying this chair that needs sufficient back support. The headrest is at a comfortable position, although it is on the higher side so when it is moved forward to help what is advertised as fixing "text neck", it does not fall into the right spot and is rather uncomfortable. The seat is extremely comfortable and good for at-home work where I sit for the majority of the working day. The only complaint that I have, which is not related to the capabilities of the chair, is the support from Amazon home service. I originally purchased Amazon's service team to come assemble the chair for me because it looked like a quite complex setup with all the adjustments. After waiting at home during the four-hour time slot allocated for assembly, the tech never arrived. I tried to contact Amazon support and could not get through to a real person, and the only options were to check shipping, reschedule, or cancel. I finally sent a message to the seller and told them the tech never arrived. I got a response 15 minutes later that said they would contact my local repreatatives. An hour later after hearing no response, I contacted them again and asked if any progress had been made. They said I could reschedule for a later date. I ended up cancelling the Home Service Support and assembled the chair myself, which took less than 10 minutes. The chair is 7 peices with a 6 screw assembly and comes with a heavy-duty Allen key to screw everything together. They even ship the chair in a box that is the perfect size to rest the bottom of the chair on in order to attach the back. All of the ergonomic adjustments are shipped pre-installed so they cannot be messed up during assembly. The only semi-difficult task was to flip the chair upright once assembled because it is such a sturdy chair and is a little heavier than it looks. I have assembled furniture from places like IKEA and Wayfair (including office chairs) and this is by far the easiest assembly I have completed. If you are to purchase this chair, I would strongly discourage you to purchase the $60 Amazon home service assembly. You can just as easily assemble it yourself for much less hassle.

Great chair once you get it assembled. I'm recommeding a buy!
Im working from home most of the time now and spend over 8 to 10 hours a day in my chair. First let me say, that this chair came in a sturdy box and was very well-wrapped and protected. Once I finally got the back rest on it works and felt great. Good ergonomic controls to everything from lumbar support to seat slope, movement forward and back, armrests, headrests etc. Pretty much like my car but without the electricity. Once you get it dialed into your body it's great. Set the tilting control to softest, adjust the headrest, lean back and take a nice nap! seriously. Since my home office is also my den with my widescreen TV, I might just take to sitting in this thing to watch instead of the daybed/sofa I've been using. It's very well-designed, looks great and you can tell just by looking at it, it's a very well-constructed chair. Good materials and the seat cushion/cover can even be changed if and when it ever wears out or if you want another color. My only complaint is that when you look at the video and see how easy the backrest "just slides into the base assembly" you think terrific,, easy peasy. It took me over 30 minutes to figure out how to get these two pieces to mate so I could screw them together. I flipped the chair in every position you could think of to make this happen. I did it with the armrests on, on the floor. I did it with the armrests off with the base on a box like they suggested. It didn't come with a great assembly manual so I went to the web, watched the video 20 times in slow and stop motion, looked at the problem FAQs, and after FINALLY logic this out, I finally got them mated and assembled. If you buy this chair and I suggest that you do, what you have to do is, put the armrests on first, turn the base upside so that it rests on the armrest and the seat bottom at an angle, take the backrest and angle it very high towards to front of the seat/base, wangle the front of the two mounting brackets into place, then pivot the backrest into its final position and quickly grab a bolt to lock it in one side, do the same to the other side, lock em both down and then put the other 2 in place and tighten them all up. Once you're done , you'll have a great-looking and comfortable chair, which should last a long time. Worth the money.

Pleased with Sidiz
Great chair in my opinion, as someone 5'2" and "bottom-heavy" (insert terms from your favorite songs about ladies with shapely behinds). Most chairs are far too large for petite users, and would cause me shoulder pain from leaning forward over my keyboard and mouse. This chair is adjustable in so many ways, and the lumbar support is fantastic -- which you can trust me on, since I have a herniated disc down there. I've owned this chair for 3.5 years, and it's still my full-time daily driver. I do wish the cushion had stayed firm (at this price point, memory foam that holds its shape over time would be nice) but I don't plan on replacing the chair itself. Regardless, if you're short and experience workday pain and cramping, you may need to upgrade to this chair. It'll last you years, and will ease the pain of being petite in a world of office furniture not built for our body type.

Uncomfortable/Unable to assemble chair
Received this chair today with high hopes. I started to assemble it per instructions which seemed easy enough. However, the back of the chair did not slide all the way in into the seat due to defective parts. I could not secure the back to the seat due to the screw holes not aligned. I am returning the chair and will be getting a new one from Sidiz, unfortunately, I will have to wait another week. Hopefully the new chair will be properly made, and I will update this review. Update 08/05/21 - I received the replacement chair today and I was able to assemble it in about 20 minutes with no issues. It did take almost 1 week to receive the replacement chair, but I am satisfied with it and with Sidiz support. I am upgrading the rating to 4 stars and will be testing it for the next few weeks. So far it feels very comfortable, and there are numerous adjustments as many buyers have mentioned. I was unaware that there are so many plastic parts to the chair, but as long as it lasts, it does not bother me. I will update my rating with future results. Update 3/16/2022 - I have had this chair less than a year now and use it every day since I work from home. Originally, the chair was very comfortable, but now less than a year of usage, the seat foam has compressed to the point when it is almost like sitting on a hard board. After only a short time of sitting, I have to continuously get up as by behind starts to hurst and gets sore. I purchased this because of the good reviews and for the reasonable price, though not inexpensive. I am to the point where I may have to purchase another chair in a few months but will not consider this brand.

Great Home Office Chair!
I love this chair! It's like a hybrid of sofa plus office chair. It's really comfortable and I really like that it's fully loaded. I can adjust chair angles (lean back or forward or slide chair out, etc). I love that I can change my sitting positions throughout the day so that I am not sitting in the same 90 degree sitting position all the day. I can even sit cross legged if I pull the chair out so that I will have a bigger sitting area. It also comes with a headrest, which is really helpful when I lean back and rest. I can fall asleep in this chair because so comfortable! I am female, 5 feet 3 inches, and 120 pounds. Chair was the right size for me. Not too big. But It was kind of hard to assemble for me when I tried to put together the back with the sit. The holes need to match exactly so that the screw goes in, but I had hard time matching the holes. I couldn't assemble by myself. I had help. It's kind of a heavy chair! It has a good weight. It's definitely not a light weighted cheap chair! This chair looks beautiful! Get it especially if it's on SALE!
