Saved an old Craftsman bandsaw.
I cut about an inch off with a hacksaw to create key for the 5 inch, 5/8" arbor top v-belt pulley on a 1987 Craftsman 113.243311 bandsaw perfectly. This key alone was not enough to stop the pulley from wobbling but the key fit the slots perfectly and allowed me to tighten the assembly to the arbor securely. I eliminated the wobble by carefully bending the pulley with a flat blade screwdriver wedged in between the pulley and belt cover and bending it outward where it was closest. After getting it totally straight I retorqued the 4mm Allen bolt to ensure the key doesn't come out and get lost again.

Clean, hard to hacksaw
As expected. Pretty difficult to hacksaw, would recommend an angle grinder to cut it if you have one
