Good Condition
This was in good condition. The newer yet older barbies like this have the painted on fake panties and painted on shoes, which I wish I would have known, but a very pretty doll for my daughter.

Barbie from my childhood!
I bought this as a present for my 5 year old niece as a birthday present. I really wanted to find a princess Barbie that was like the ones I grew up with. Instead all of the ones at the store are Disney specific princesses and don't even look like the old school barbies or you can't change their clothes. I was extremely happy to find this on Amazon for a reasonable price! The barbie is EXACTLY what I was looking for and I'm very happy with the purchase! She is 5 so she loved it, of course (as she would love anything princess). The barbie box was not in the best condition (probably because it's from 1997) which was not an issue at all for me but if someone was collecting, they probably would want a nicer package.
